Administrative Assistant at Egypt

Qualifications:

  • Major: BS in administration or any equivalent field of study
  • Years of experience: 2 to 3
  • Responsibilities: Provides administrative support for the local sales team in assigned country(ies).*
  • Ensures financial and administrative records management:

Manages office services:

  • Assists in events coordination:
  • Supports HR in daily administrative tasks for respective country(ies)
  • Follows up with customer service and supply chain regarding quotations, invoices, delivery notes… and logs them on oracle system
  • Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: E£4,600.00 – E£6,900.00 per month
