Corporate Services Coordinator at Doha

You will be responsible for providing coordination support for the smooth functioning of the divisions’ operations. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts. Undertakes projects as directed by the Corporate Services management in order to support Departmental/Corporate initiatives.

Accountabilities

Maintain and manage the department’s petty cash float as per the company policies and procedures. Vetting and processing of all the petty cash purchase invoices including inputting the data into the petty cash management system. Ensure that bills received conform to the petty cash policy and are available for audit later. Ensure safe handling and storage of the Cash at all times and is always in a tallied status with the Petty Cash Float.

Vetting and processing of all the invoices pertaining to the department as per the contractual agreements/purchase orders.

Support in procurement related admin activities such as processing of purchase requests, purchase enquiries and creation of item codes. Assist in preparation of tender documents. Raising of single source and urgent approval requests

Respond to complaints and requests for information and assistance, interpret and explain procedures and policies pertaining to internal inquiries for management and staff.

Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve/escalate disputed billings and drive them to closure. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as deemed necessary for the respective roles and functions.

Coordinate periodic inspection of electricity and water meters Installed at facilities to ensure that they are functioning properly. Process monthly invoices pertaining to utility consumption in various QR residential and commercial properties..

Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to vendors, team leaders, line managers etc., to effectively manage the department’s business/operational requirements.

Perform reconciliations related to Warehouse, CS Stores, Petty Cash, Asset Management operations, utilities etc. to record and fix discrepancies identified.

Qualifications About you

You will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience required
  • Excellent command of English language written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a cross culture environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and self-discipline.
  • Should be motivated, responsible and focused.
  • Excellent computer skills
