The RBS Auto and Mortgages Loans Unit is the sales channel under Retail Banking Sales RBS catering to the Auto Loans Commercial Vehicles Mortgage Loans sales requirements of existing Emirates NBD New to Bank customers in UAE The units core responsibility is to increase the market share of Business and function in line with the Groups overall Business strategy

Brief Description:

The unit is responsible to capitalize on banking relationships within segments and to engage with new Automotive dealers Mortgage Developers Projects Real Estate Companies and explore on these relationships to increase overall Loans portfolio The unit also caters to existing Auto Loans Mortgage clients for their new used and fleet commercial vehicle requirements and also manage existing Home loan clients along with retention and consider cross sell opportunities of other retail banking products such as Credit Cards Personal Loans BANCA Accounts Motor Insurance and at the same time have more referrals on Auto and Mortgage loans Cross selling is also an important KPI to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for the Bank

Detailed Description:

  • Ensure all marketingCIE initiatives Incentive campaigns are effectively followed and monitored
  • MIS managements provide dailyweeklymonthly business reports
  • Responsible for providing sales report and pending reports to managers on daily basis
  • Responsible for coordinating between teams to find quick resolution for the CRMs request
  • Tracking of various applications stages and updates sales teams
  • Generate period business reports dealer wise home loans seasonality reports and Disbursal outflow etc
  • Prepare reportsanalysis for HOD and Sr Management
  • Coordinate for both teams for any support for internal stake holders of the bank

Job Requirements:

  • Risk Process control Ensure follow up with RCC OPC internal departments are as per unit goals Ensure backoffice operation sales support are as per banks regulatory guidelines Ensure confidentiality of customer data as per banks policy
  • Sales support Ensure salescustomer Informationqueries are provided as per Unit requirements within TAT Ensure MIS Reports trackers are generated updated as per Unit requirements within TAT
  • Sales processes identify and improve the processes within the sales unit to improve turnaround time and service level thru
  • Daily business dashboards
  • Digitized sales activity dashboards
  • Lead Referral Management
  • Operational Excellence Ensure documentation sourcing referrals system checks are complaint to bank policies process
  • To be versatile in Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Power Point Excel Word Knowledge of Power BI and VBA Macros is essential
  • Sales reports are sent to the team to complete the sales
  • Product awareness Project Increase awareness on product amongst the team members to meet customer needs and exploit market opportunities Plan manage and implement assigned related projects in order to deliver as per business needs
